  • Stains and blotches on the walls or ceiling: This could mean moisture has saturated in your drywall.
  • Drooping and bloated walls or ceilings: this is also the result of drywall saturation.
  • Unpleasant Odor: We are all familiar with the stale and musty smell that accompanies a damp environment. The problem is that when the problem increases gradually, we get used to the smell. If any of your family members or visitors notice an odor, take it seriously.
  • Mold: A sure-fire sign of a moisture problem.
